Our pricing is primarily volume-based. While most heavy or bulky items are included, dense materials like construction debris, dirt, or concrete may incur additional charges. Certain items, such as pianos or sleeper sofas, are priced separately due to their weight and handling requirements.

While we do our best to donate items when possible, we don’t provide donation receipts directly. However, if a donation is made, we can request a receipt from the facility and send you a photo of it via email or text.

Do you work on weekends or evenings?
We perform services by appointment Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. While we don’t schedule appointments on Sundays, we do accept calls and online booking form submissions seven days a week. You can call us anytime—24/7—or schedule a free estimate through our website.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We often have same-day or next-day availability. However, booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.
